Returns & Exchanges Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

- In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Baby Booties & Socks (0-24 Months), unless they are faulty or defective. This policy ensures the well-being of our youngest customers.

- Receive Instructions & Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. Returns without an RAN cannot be processed.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your request. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the item.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging for a different size or color, we will ship the new item via standard shipping once the return is processed. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item, unless it was defective.
