Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unworn condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 15 days of the delivery date
Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items, unless they are faulty or defective:
  • Baby Booties & Socks (0-24 Months)
This exception is due to the intimate nature of these products for our youngest customers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  2. Receive Instructions & Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RAN cannot be processed.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your return or exchange.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, no additional refunds or charges will be processed unless the new item is of a different value.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, we will ship the new item to you via our standard shipping method once the return is received and processed. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item, unless it was defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
